Project Sonar
Project Sonar is a dungeon exploration game made during my first year in DigiPen. Players explore a maze like cave system using a line-based sonar system that will reveal walls and corridors.
Worked on the menu systems, control system, scripting of tutorial and the checkpoint system.
As this was the first game we worked on during our studies, I was in-charge of creating the cave layout. Using the in-game level editor to create the paths.
I was also tasked to create checkpoints and have a system that guides players to their goal. This was in line with creating a tutorial to teach players the core mechanics of the game.
